A: PlexiDor DC Adapter for Electronic Series This is the only DC adapter unit designed to work with your Plexidor Electronic Door mount or Wall mount series. The new cord is now six feet in length, has the proper fitting, plus provides the correct amount of voltage. This is the only model that will properly operate the Electronic door. Other brands and variations of DC Adapters will not deliver proper voltage to the PDE unit. The previous  model with the 12 foot cable is no longer sold. Note:  PlexiDor Electronic units from prior to December 2016 use an AC Adapter that is no longer available.

A: PlexiDor Electronic RFID Collar Key Extra key for PlexiDor Electronic Dog Doors, programmable to thousands of codes. The collar key is a micro-RFID chip.  It weighs only 0.4oz.  New Patent Pending Technology. Key measures:  1 7/8" x 1 3/16" Collar Keys are: waterproof rugged battery free shock proof won't fall off works with underground fencing and will not interfere with home security systems 1000s of key codes

A: PlexiDor Dog Doors Weather Seal PlexiDor cat door and dog door replacement weather seal kits. Each kit provides high quality weather seal in the right length to fit your panel/panels. A: PlexiDor Dog Door Replacement Spring Kits The Small set provides the necessary single spring. Sizes Medium, Large, and Extra Large provide the necessary pair of springs. Make sure to apply non corrosive grease to the springs. Do NOT use WD40. The Small set provides the necessary single spring. Sizes Medium, Large, and Extra Large provide the necessary pair of springs.

A: The PlexiDor Security Cover provides an additional safeguard for your dog door and home. Close off the pet door opening when you are away from your home. The security cover screws onto the PlexiDor dog door interior frame. For Medium, Large, and X-Large PlexiDor dog doors.

A: The only key that will work for your Plexidor Door mount unit and Wall mount units. These replacement keys will work on any size unit.

A: Our Long Range Key allows pets with long necks and noses to have that extra room they need to activate the dog door at a comfortable distance.  Each new PlexiDor Electronic dog door includes 2 standard range collar keys and 1 of these long range collar keys. PlexiDor Electronic RFID Collar Key Extra key for PlexiDor Electronic Dog Doors, programmable to thousands of codes. The collar key is a micro-RFID chip. It weighs only 0.7oz. New Patent Pending Technology. Key measures: 3" x 2" The Long Range Key activates the dog door at approximately 12 to 15 inches away. A: PDE KEY RFID 50MM CYL Replacement RFID key with chewproof resin covering.  RFID key assembly measures: 2 1/2” Long x 1 1/8” wide x 1 7/8”H.  Weighs 1.9oz.  Works with all PlexiDor Electronic dog doors that have a circuit board from January 2013 to present.   *Not sure if your circuit board is compatible? A: PDE 117 CIRCUIT BOARD Replacement Kit includes:  PCB Circuit Board for the PlexiDor Electronic Door and printed instructions with photos.  Note:  If you have changing from a circuit board that is from prior to January 2013, you may need to get new RFID collar keys to work with the new circuit board.  Check the circuit board version number.  This number is on a sticker on the back side of the green circuit board.  If the number is Version 2.0 or higher, you don’t need new collar keys.  All circuit board versions that start with 1 are not compatible and you will need to purchase new RFID keys.
